IRIS TO RELEASE SECOND QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS AND HOST CONFERENCE CALL
ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 9, 2007

CHATSWORTH, Calif., Jul 25, 2007 - IRIS International, Inc. (NASDAQ GM: IRIS) will hold a conference call to discuss second quarter financial results on Thursday, August 9, 2007, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time. César García, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Veronica Tarrant, Interim Chief Financial Officer, will review the Company's results, which will be released at the close of trading on that day.
