IRIS TO HOST FINANCIAL ANALYST PRESENTATION AT AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF CLINICAL CHEMISTRY 2008 ANNUAL MEETING IN WASH. DC ON JULY 29th CHATSWORTH, CA, July 14, 2008 - IRIS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (NASDAQ: IRIS), a leading manufacturer of automated in-vitro diagnostics systems and consumables for use in hospitals and commercial laboratories worldwide, today announced that it will host a financial analyst reception and presentation on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at the Annual Association of Clinical Chemistry (AACC) 2008 Annual Meeting and Exposition in Washington, DC. Beginning at 4:00 p.m., Eastern time, IRIS senior management, led by César García, Chairman and CEO, will provide an overview and product demonstration at the Company's booth no. 2427 at the Washington Convention Center, 801 Mount Vernon Place, Washington, DC, to be followed by a cocktail reception and presentation from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Company's suite in the Madison Hotel, 1177 15th St., NW, Wash., DC.
