IRIS INTERNATIONAL TO HOLD ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING ON JULY 13

Tour of New Facilities and Demonstration of New Product Offerings in Development

CHATSWORTH, Calif., July 2, 2007 - IRIS International, Inc. (NASDAQ GM: IRIS) announced today that the Company's Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Friday, July 13, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time, at the Company's headquarters, 9172 Eton Ave., Chatsworth, Calif. Shareholders and members of the investment community are welcome to attend.

Following the formalities of the meeting, IRIS President and Chief Executive Officer César García will give a business presentation, followed by a tour of the Company's facilities and a demonstration of several of the Company's new product offerings.
