Employment Vendors

IRIS International has an in-house recruiting team that determines which positions are called out to search. Usually, this occurs with "hard to fill" positions. The objective of the team is to find quality candidates via its own sources and partner with search firms that have been chosen as preferred vendors.

 

Search firms are essential to the recruitment and staffing efforts at IRIS International and we value the partnerships we have built with our preferred vendors. For this reason, IRIS has established and regularly maintains a preferred vendor list. Please note that even preferred vendors need to have a written search agreement, signed by the Human Resources Technical Recruiter, in place for the specific position in order for a fee to be paid for any candidate referrals.

 

If you are interested in developing a preferred partnership with us, please send information regarding your company to hrrecruiter@proiris.com. When you submit your information, please include the following information:

 

  • Sourcing methods
  • Names of companies where you cannot source candidates
  • Areas of expertise
  • References
  • What differentiates you from other firms?
  • Typical fees and guarantees

 

Information and partnerships will be reviewed on an annual basis.

 

All resumes submitted by search firms to any employee at IRIS International via-email, the Internet or directly to hiring managers at IRIS in any form without a valid written search agreement in place for that position will be deemed the sole property of IRIS, and no fee will be paid in the event the candidate is hired by IRIS as a result of the referral or through other means. Note: Any search agreement entered into with IRIS International prior to January 2006 is hereinafter void.

 

All direct contact with the Company for presentation of candidates or information must be through the Human Resources department.
